Driving Safety Canada

Sub-Title:

The Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations for the Canada motor vehicle industry include C.R.C., c. 990 and C.R.C., c. 1038.


Description:

Although employers cannot control roadway conditions, they can promote safe driving behavior by providing safety information to workers and by setting and enforcing driver safety policies. Crashes are not an unavoidable part of doing business.

Who Needs this Training?

A person who handles offers for transport or transports hazardous materials must be adequately trained.


Dangers of Remaining Uncertified

Employees can be exposed to hazardous material while on the job. The proper training will help protect employees from exposure.
