Anyone who has experienced or witnessed sexual harassment in the workplace will need this training. Workers who have been victims of hostile or uncomfortable environments will benefit from this training.
Workers who do not receive this training may struggle with reporting sexual harassment, fall victim to a hostile workplace, or experience retaliation.
